Triple C System was prompt to respond on December 29 to our mitigation needs after we discovered our home flooded while we were away for the holidays. Brian Crain and his crew worked tirelessly for hours on December 29 to remove the damaged and unsalvageable portions of our home; they did not even stop for lunch. Brian then spent the next week making daily trips to our home, including New Year’s Day, to take moisture readings and adjust the drying equipment to assure that our home did not develop mold issues.

Brian answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns, and dealt directly with our insurance company. He kept us and our insurance company informed every step of the way so that we knew how mitigation was progressing. He also managed the cleaning of our ductwork and recommended a general contracting firm that specializes in home repairs.

" Cleaning, maintaining and Energizing a path for the Future"

Just wanted to send a personal thanks for your help with the water leak at my sister's house. We had been watching her house while they were on vacation. At 7:00PM, the night before we were to leave on our own vacation, we discovered her house was filled with water! As you know, the local guy promised a response within 30 minutes, but never showed. He apparently contacted you about 8:30PM while you were out. You called me and told me that you had to return home, collect your equipment, and drive the hour and a half, but you would come. You put our minds at ease, especially after our experience with the local provider.

My husband met you at the house about midnight. You discussed the cleanup plan, an estimate of time and cost and got to work. When we left the next morning, you were gone. The water, carpets and pads were gone; the dehumidifiers were humming. We knew everything was going to be all right.
We traded names, numbers and email addresses so that we, my brother-in-law in France, the neighbor who would check on the house and you could all stay in touch through the process. In addition, your professional experience made the insurance claim sail right through.

You did exactly what you said you would do! I can't say how much that means to a customer in a traumatic situation. You inspired trust and came through. The proof of that is my sister completed her visit in France since we all assured her that you were taking care of her house. If you knew my sister, you'd better appreciate that compliment!

Having your house flood is a very stressful situation. Not only are all of your belongings soaked, but you have to find someone to help clean up the mess! These days, it is hard to know who to trust, and since this had not happened to us before we were at a loss about who to call--the yellow pages being the only way we had of finding someone. We chose Triple C Systems, and this has proven to be a WONDERFUL choice.

Brian came to our house, and we knew immediately we were in the presence of a professional. He checked the floors and walls for the extent of the water damage, moved our heavy furniture so it did not sustain any further water damage. We were very pleased with his work in our house, as he came back every day and checked how things were drying out. He also called and told us when he would be arriving, which was a very refreshing change from the usual "somewhere between 9 and 5" that most places tell you.
